From early morning, the streets near Ba Dinh Square were packed with people holding umbrellas and wearing raincoats, waiting to watch the parade that evening.

According to reporters from Tin Tuc and Dan Toc Newspaper, from early morning, many families brought drinking water and snacks and were ready to brave the rain, waiting for hours with eagerness.

Despite the rain, the whole family was determined to stay until the evening to witness the parade with our own eyes. This is a very rare opportunity, if we miss it, we don't know when we will have another chance."
