Regarding material life, Jia Hsin Co., Ltd. and the Company's Trade Union regularly coordinate to organize visits and give gifts to employees on holidays, New Year's, birthdays, as well as when sick, pregnant, have accidents or unfortunate risks. For employees in difficult circumstances, with serious illnesses, far from home, or staying in rented houses, the Company's Trade Union Executive Committee always pays special attention. In particular, the activity of visiting and giving gifts directly at the rented house on the first day of the New Year for employees who cannot return to their hometown has become a beautiful tradition of the unit.

Regarding spiritual life, the Trade Union regularly organizes cultural and sports activities such as cooking competitions, flower arranging, football, etc. to create a useful playground, arouse solidarity, and improve the spiritual life of union members and employees. The Trade Union established Zalo groups to connect employees, set up quick feedback channels via links, QR codes in the canteen, restrooms, etc. to receive and promptly handle feedback. Regular dialogue sessions are maintained, creating conditions to listen and harmoniously resolve labor relations.
