At the end of July, Mr. Minh and his wife, Ms. Hang (currently living in the old Thanh Tri district) decided to go to Tay Nam Linh Dam urban area to learn about the Hanoi Melody Residences project. Many suburban projects such as Long Bien and Dong Anh have exceeded the threshold of 100 million VND/m².

In addition to the reasonable price, the project also has a solid legal status as the entire area has a red book. The first building was just topped out on August 11, the remaining two buildings have also reached the 25th floor out of a total of 29 floors.
