“Symphony of the Ocean” under the magic hands of Chef Nguyen Tien Tinh paints a picture of a coastal countryside kitchen - where Mother and Father sit and cook rice waiting for their children and the boats to return. Unique, fresh and familiar seafood ingredients such as: Fresh scallops, Van Don River fish... are meticulously processed, fragrant with the flavor of lightly marinated herbs, adding a little dried chay - a rustic fruit with a slightly sour taste and a gentle aroma, to embrace the sweetness of seafood with a little light fatty sauce and the aroma of pan-fried mushrooms exploding in the mouth.
