Along with Phan Dinh Phung Street, the Nguyen Cong Tru Street upgrade project is also at its peak.

With the determination to complete before Lunar New Year, Vinh Phu Construction Company Limited has implemented a "rolling" construction solution, assembling and connecting drainage components, building technical trench infrastructure and paving sidewalks. According to Mr. Pham Van Duc, a technical officer of Vinh Phu Construction Company Limited, in order for people to celebrate the New Year, the company on the one hand maintains the construction progress to complete the items according to the motto "do it to the end, clean it up"; on the other hand, cleans up and collects construction materials so as not to affect the joyful atmosphere of the New Year.

At the construction site of the extended Xuan Dieu road project (from the Northern urban beltway to Ngo Quyen street), the sounds of machines and people are bustling.

The 1.8 km long project will start construction in September 2023 with a total investment of 234 billion VND. According to the construction units, to ensure the progress and volume of construction, the construction site often has dozens of types of machinery, construction vehicles and hundreds of workers working hard.

Up to now, the project has completed 40% of the volume. Units are focusing on the construction of foundation, ditch, precast concrete and relocation of power line infrastructure system.

The closer to the end of the year, the more urgent and rushed the working atmosphere is to ensure capital disbursement according to plan.

Mr. Nguyen Cao Thang - technical officer of Khanh Mon Construction Company Limited said that the unit has taken full advantage of time and favorable weather to speed up construction progress. On days with good weather and no rain, the unit organizes overtime work at night. Despite the large volume of pressure, the spirit of the whole company is highly focused, ensuring the city's capital disbursement plan. Up to this point, the company has completed 100% of the disbursement plan for 2023.

2023 marks an important milestone when the Ha Tinh City Eastern Belt Road Project officially starts construction. After 10 months of construction (from February 2023), the strategic road to expand the city's space has now taken shape.

To date, the project has completed over 30% of the construction volume, meeting the capital disbursement plan.

In the last days of the year, the construction atmosphere is always bustling and urgent.

According to construction units, in the coming days, the construction site of the Eastern Belt Road Project of Ha Tinh City will work "through" the holidays to create a new atmosphere, a new start with many favorable and smooth conditions in the new year 2024.

According to the City's Land Fund Development and Investment Project Management Board, in general, the projects being implemented in the area meet construction progress, making an important contribution to the disbursement of local capital.

As of December 28, 2023, the total disbursed capital from the central, provincial and municipal budgets of the Ha Tinh City Land Fund Investment and Development Project Management Board is 936,985 million VND, estimated at 90% of the assigned capital plan. The unit is continuing to closely monitor the progress of works and projects, urging and creating all conditions for contractors to deploy effective and safe construction solutions, ensuring the quality of works.
