According to EVNNPC data, the number of customers of the Corporation affected by storm No. 10, causing disruption to the power supply of about 3.5 million customers.
By 7:00 a.m. on September 30, local electricity sectors had restored and re-supplied power to 1,829,979 customers, accounting for 52% of the total number of affected customers.
However, according to EVNNPC, there are still 1,689,198 customers, accounting for 18.71% of the total number of customers managed by EVNNPC, without power.
The units with the highest number of customers without power are Nghe An Power Company (PC Nghe An) with nearly 861,000 customers without power, Thanh Hoa PC with over 500,000 customers without power, Ha Tinh PC with nearly 274,000 customers without power and Ninh Binh PC with 31,500 customers without power. The number of customers without power in these localities has decreased by over 433,000 compared to 7:00 p.m. last night.
According to EVNNPC statistics, on the 110kV grid, the units under the Corporation have restored 35/35 transformer stations (TSAs) affected by storm No. 10. At the same time, they have restored and re-energized 70/77 lines, while 7 lines are currently out of power, concentrated in Nghe An and Thanh Hoa provinces.
On the medium voltage grid, there are currently 13,099 transformer stations without power (of which the most affected units include Thanh Hoa with 4,140 transformer stations; Nghe An with 6,070 transformer stations; Ha Tinh with 2,440 transformer stations; Ninh Binh with 125 transformer stations). 11,750/24,849 transformer stations have been restored, a decrease of 3,556 transformer stations compared to the report at 7:00 p.m. on September 29.

There are currently 311 power lines without power (of which the most affected units include Thanh Hoa with 90 lines; Nghe An with 130 lines; Ha Tinh with 60 lines; Ninh Binh with 10 lines). 415/726 lines have been restored, a decrease of 63 lines compared to the report at 7:00 p.m. on September 29.
EVNNPC has mobilized over 2,300 people from the Central Power Corporation, the shock teams of many Power Companies in the Corporation and a number of contractors to support the units that have suffered damage. After counting and tallying the specific damage volume, additional adjustments will be made to suit the actual situation.
With the highest determination and greatest effort, EVNNPC is racing against time to mobilize forces and equipment to handle and fix the power grid problem caused by storm No. 10 as quickly as possible, and restore power as soon as possible to people in localities heavily affected by the storm.
