Gameshow 'Brilliant Journey': Family bonding, understanding to love

In recent times, reality TV shows about family have always received the love of the audience. The program "Brilliant Journey" - a new game show organized by Thai Nguyen Newspaper, Radio and Television in collaboration with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the province - is in the process of preparing to start filming, promising to bring the audience and listeners an attractive, familiar spiritual dish, imbued with local traditions and culture.

The "When men cook" contest is scheduled to be held at Thai Hai Ecological Stilt House Village Conservation Area.

According to the program format, "Brilliant Journey" in 2025 has the theme: " Thai Nguyen , the number one famous tea", aiming to spread traditional values, tea culture and strengthen family ties.

Participants are households living in Thai Nguyen province, meeting the criteria of being a two-generation family including father, mother and children (aged 3 to 16), having a stable and happy economic life and achieving the title of cultural family every year.

Regarding the content and form of participation, in the preliminary round, each household will make a short video clip, introducing family members as well as sharing their knowledge and feelings about this year's theme - "Thai Nguyen's number one famous tea".

The Gameshow summary program is expected to be held at La Bang homestay Retreat.

Based on the evaluation of creativity, inspirational content and compliance with program criteria, the Organizing Committee will select 3 typical households to enter practical experience activities and participate in the official competition round of the program.

There will be experiential activities and official competition rounds. In experiential activities, families will visit some historical, cultural and tourist sites typical of Thai Nguyen province.

The official competition round includes 5 parts: How much does a father understand his child, how much does a child understand his mother; Competition with the theme Thai Nguyen - the number one famous tea; Wise family; The whole family is happy; When men enter the kitchen.

One of the competitions will be held at the Ghenh Che Lake community tourism site.

Currently, the Department of Arts and Entertainment under Thai Nguyen Newspaper, Radio and Television has coordinated with the Department of Cultural Management (Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism) to survey the venues for organizing experiential activities and competitions.

The competitions are expected to be held at many eco-tourism areas of the province, such as: Ghenh Che Lake, Hao Dat Tea Cooperative; Thai Hai Ecological Stilt House Village Conservation Area and La Bang Homestay Retreat.

All recorded materials from the experiential activities and competitions in the Gameshow will be edited into 5 programs, each program lasting 30 minutes, broadcast on TN channel - Newspaper and Radio, Television.

The series of programs is expected to officially air from August 2025, promising to bring the audience relaxing moments, lots of laughter and emotions; at the same time, spreading traditional cultural values, especially the beauty of Thai Nguyen tea culture.

With careful preparation, the program crew hopes that the Gameshow “Brilliant Journey” will contribute to raising awareness among families and the community about the role and importance of cultural values, family values; and standards of Vietnamese people in the new era.

At the same time, propagate, educate, and guide families on ethical values, healthy lifestyles, and ways to resolve problems and conflicts in the family. Preserve and promote the nation's good traditional cultural values, linking with typical and unique local cultural values ​​to respect and learn in the current context of integration and multiculturalism.
