Gamuda Land Vietnam has won the prestigious award "Best Developer of the Decade", affirming its pioneering position and outstanding contributions in the real estate sector in Vietnam.
As one of the oldest and most prestigious real estate awards in Vietnam, PropertyGuru Vietnam Real Estate Awards is considered a measure to evaluate and honor reputable investors and top quality real estate projects.
In the context of today's rapidly developing and increasingly competitive real estate market, the award creates opportunities for investors to shine, thereby demonstrating their commitment to product quality.
At the Vietnam PropertyGuru Award 2024 event, Gamuda Land Vietnam once again affirmed its position when it excellently won a total of 13 prestigious awards including: Developer of Decade, Best Developer, for the Gamuda Land Vietnam brand and 11 other awards for projects developed by Gamuda Land Vietnam, The Meadow and Eaton Park.
Speaking at the award ceremony, Mr. Angus Liew Bing Fooi, Chairman of Gamuda Land Vietnam, said that the company is very proud to be voted as the Outstanding Real Estate Developer of the Decade. The fact that the Vietnam PropertyGuru Awards 2024 Organizing Committee presented 13 awards today is a valuable testament to the efforts of Gamuda Land Vietnam.

Entering the Vietnamese market in 2007, Gamuda Land is currently developing two major projects, Gamuda City in Hoang Mai district, Hanoi and Celadon City in Tan Phu district, Ho Chi Minh City. In 2023, Gamuda Land Vietnam will start two important projects, Artisan Park in Binh Duong and The Meadow in Binh Chanh district, Ho Chi Minh City.
In 2024, Gamuda Land continues to implement the Eaton Park and Elysian projects in Thu Duc City.
