Social housing according to green standards
The Long Binh Tan Social Housing Project (Eco Residence) was started in May 2024 on an area of 1.4 hectares, with a scale of nearly 1,100 apartments. The apartments have diverse areas, suitable for many groups of people: singles, young families to multi-generational households. This is a project that the Provincial People's Committee requested to accelerate to solve the necessary housing needs of low-income people, while contributing to sustainable urban development.

Mr. Van Minh Hoang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Chuong Duong Homeland Joint Stock Company, said that this is the first project of the enterprise in Dong Nai and also the first social housing project of the province built according to the green standard EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies - an international certification on the efficiency of resource and energy use in construction).

Applying green standards means that the project optimizes the ventilation system and uses insulation materials to achieve at least 20% savings in electricity and water compared to conventional construction. In addition, environmentally friendly construction materials also help reduce greenhouse gas emissions, contributing to the goal of net zero and sustainable development.
The project campus also integrates parks, playgrounds, shophouses, community centers, etc., creating a modern and convenient living space. The project location is convenient as it is close to markets, schools, hospitals, supermarkets, and the Vung Tau intersection; at the same time, it is adjacent to the new political and administrative center of the province that is about to be built, helping residents to conveniently connect and access services.
Completion by the end of 2026
To date, the project has completed legal procedures on land, environment and construction. The investor and contractor are focusing resources to speed up progress, ensuring completion by the end of 2026.

At the end of September, Chuong Duong Home Land Joint Stock Company sent Document No. 92/CDHL dated September 30, 2025 to the Department of Construction of Dong Nai province to provide information on the public announcement of the project. Accordingly, in addition to basic information on the scale, location, and type of construction, the investor also shows detailed progress, price, and time to receive documents so that the authorities as well as those who want to buy a house can clearly understand the necessary information.
The project has apartments with a net area of 43m² - 65m², with an estimated price of about 22.3-24.5 million VND/m². The time to receive instructions for registration to buy is expected to start in October 2025. The documents include: a form to buy social housing, documents proving the subjects and conditions to enjoy the policy. People submit their applications directly at the Model House, the project's customer care department (52 Nguyen Van To, Long Binh Quarter, Long Hung Ward, Dong Nai Province).
