Nearly 300 publications on display at the Spring Newspaper Fair of At Ty 2025

(CLO) The 2025 Spring Press Fair displays and introduces nearly 300 publications of local and central press agencies at the Great Unity Square of Pleiku City ( Gia Lai ).

On January 20, Gia Lai Provincial Journalists Association in coordination with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Provincial Library solemnly organized the Spring Newspaper Festival At Ty 2025 and exhibition, display, and introduction of the formation, construction, and development process of Gia Lai provincial press.

The 2025 At Ty Spring Newspaper Fair displays and introduces nearly 300 Tet and Spring newspapers of press agencies in the province, central press, ministries, branches and neighboring provinces; newsletters, special issues, Tet and Spring magazines of some agencies and units in the province; publications of Gia Lai Literature and Arts Magazine published over the years. These are special issues that have been carefully edited, with good, diverse and rich content, beautifully presented with many high-quality articles and images.

Through this, the press public can visualize the overall picture of the press over the past year as well as the continuous growth and maturity of the Vietnamese Revolutionary Press over the past 100 years. These are the achievements that make the Vietnamese press confident and actively complete its historical mission, in order to practically serve the goal of bringing the country into a new era, an era of national development.

The 2025 Spring Press Festival is also a festival to honor members, journalists with good press works, press agencies with positive contributions in carrying out political tasks and is an annual activity to give cadres, party members, and people an overall view of the country's innovation and the development of the press.

Participating in the Spring Press Festival were nearly 300 Tet and Spring newspapers, special issues of provincial press agencies, central press agencies, ministries, branches and localities across the country.

This is also an opportunity for members and journalists of provincial press agencies, central press agencies, ministries, branches and mass organizations operating in the province to exchange, interact and learn experiences in journalism. It is a driving force to promote the development of the press, becoming an important information channel to propagate the Party and State's guidelines, policies and strategies into life; an indispensable spiritual food in social life.

The event attracted hundreds of officials, civil servants, students and people to visit and read the most outstanding publication of the year.

Accordingly, the Spring Newspaper Festival At Ty 2025 will serve readers from January 20 to February 7 at Gia Lai Provincial Museum and Gia Lai Provincial Library.

Within the framework of the Spring Newspaper Festival At Ty 2025, PleiKu City Youth Union also coordinated with Gia Lai Provincial Library to organize the "Green Banh Chung" Festival in 2025.

This year's Spring Newspaper Festival also includes the "Green Banh Chung" Festival, organized by the PleiKu City Youth Union, gathering young people to experience wrapping 500 Banh Chung cakes.

The festival is organized to help people of all walks of life, especially the young generation of the country, have practical experiences, thereby joining hands to preserve and develop traditional cultural customs during the traditional Tet holiday of the nation. Accordingly, young people will directly participate in the experience of wrapping 500 Chung cakes, which will be given to poor children in Pleiku City.
