The provincial branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP) continues to maintain the operation of 479 commune transaction points as before the administrative unit merger. Thanks to that, policy credit activities are maintained stably, smoothly and effectively, meeting the borrowing needs of poor households and other policy beneficiaries in the area.

According to statistics, by the end of August 2025, the provincial branch of the Social Policy Bank had mobilized a total capital source of over VND 17,850 billion, an increase of over VND 861.2 billion compared to the beginning of 2025. Of which, the balanced capital source from the Central Government accounted for 78.28% of the total capital source, the capital mobilized from the locality with interest rate subsidy from the Central Government accounted for 11.68%, and the capital source entrusted for investment in the locality accounted for 10.04%.

The total loan turnover of the whole province from the beginning of the year to the end of August 2025 reached over 3,548.5 billion VND, with nearly 57,500 poor, near-poor, newly escaped-poverty households and other policy beneficiaries having access to policy credit capital. From preferential capital, households have invested in economic development, contributing to increasing income, reducing poverty, and improving their lives.
