Comrade Nguyen Thanh Hai - Head of the Commune's Department of Culture and Society said: The Department has coordinated to organize, monitor and urge the implementation of assigned tasks to organize propaganda, cultural, artistic and sports activities for cadres and people in the area. With practical propaganda and commemorative activities, it contributes to arousing and fostering people's trust in the Party, the State and the renovation process, creating unity within the Party and social consensus; encouraging and motivating cadres, party members and people in the commune to be determined to successfully complete goals and tasks, making the homeland develop and prosper.

Opening the activities to welcome the 1st Provincial Party Congress, the commune organized a volleyball competition with the participation of 22 teams from 21 residential areas and 1 team from the Cam Khe Region 1 Defense Command. The tournament opened a series of activities to welcome major events, encourage sportsmanship, improve health for cadres and people, strengthen the great national unity bloc, create a vibrant atmosphere, and spread emulation movements.

In addition, the commune focuses on implementing well policies to support vocational training associated with job creation for workers. Fully and promptly implement social security and social protection policies; expand the scope of social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance. Activities to repay gratitude, pay back favors, and care for policy beneficiaries, meritorious people, the elderly, the poor, and vulnerable groups are given attention. The commune has completed the goal of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the area. The poverty reduction program continues to be effectively implemented, with the annual poverty rate decreasing by an average of 0.95%, expected to be 2.4% by the end of 2025.

The scale and network of schools and classes in the commune are arranged appropriately, with diverse types, meeting the learning needs of students. The teaching staff is basically sufficient in quantity and quality. Facilities and teaching equipment are invested and upgraded in the direction of standardization. 100% of public schools meet national standards, of which 6 schools meet level II standards. Vocational training has many innovations in both content and form in the direction of socialization, cooperation, association, and training coordination. The rate of trained workers is 69%, of which 33.5% have certificates and degrees, exceeding the target set by the Congress Resolution.

The department receiving administrative procedures in the cultural and social fields at the Cam Khe Commune Public Administration Service Center enthusiastically supports the people.

In the coming time, the commune will actively and effectively carry out state management in the cultural field; strengthen inspection of cultural, sports and tourism service activities. Regularly maintain cultural, artistic and sports movements. Cultural institutions are invested in and increasingly improved and promoted effectively. The management and promotion of cultural values ​​and historical relics are focused on, contributing to improving the material and spiritual life of the people. Fully implement the policies of the Party and the State on religion. Pay attention to creating favorable conditions for religious organizations to operate in accordance with the law.

The work of inspecting the leadership, direction and management of the State on religion has been strengthened. The great national unity bloc has been firmly consolidated, the good cultural and ethical values ​​and resources of religions have been effectively promoted, contributing to the development of the local economy and society.
