Gia Lai increases 11 civil servants and public employees to work in the commune

(GLO)- From tomorrow (September 3), 11 civil servants and public employees assigned by the Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee to work in communes will officially perform their duties at their new workplaces.

According to Decision No. 1529/QD-UBND of the People's Committee of Gia Lai province, 11 civil servants and public employees of departments, branches and localities were reinforced to work in communes to grasp the situation, guide, support, remove and resolve problems arising in communes during the operation of the 2-level local government organization. The reinforcement period is from 3 to 6 months, starting from September 3, 2025.

Civil servants and public employees of departments, branches and localities will be strengthened to work in communes, which will help improve the efficiency of operating the two-level local government organization ( illustrative photo ).

In the list of strengthened civil servants and public employees, there are 6 people working in the field of cadastral and land; 4 people in the field of finance and accounting; 1 person in the field of construction.

The places to be reinforced are the People's Committees of the western communes of the province, including: Ia Dok, Ia Chia, Dak Song, Ia O, Ia Pnôn, Sró, Ia Boông, Ia Sao, Gào, Ia Kraái.

The task of civil servants and public employees assigned to communes is to coordinate with agencies and units under the People's Committee of the commune to assess and grasp the general situation, difficulties and problems of the locality in the process of operating the two-level local government, and the results of performing state management tasks in the field of their agencies and units at the commune level.

At the same time, directly work in the field of work being undertaken; guide and support to remove difficulties, handle arising problems and obstacles at the commune level in the field of state management of the agency or unit. Develop work programs and work handling procedures according to the provisions of law and complete tasks well during the period of reinforcement. Train and develop local personnel who are knowledgeable in the field to replace themselves after the end of the reinforcement period.
