Diesel price increased by 268 VND/liter, not higher than 18,777 VND/liter. Kerosene increased by 221 VND/liter, not higher than 19,142 VND/liter and fuel oil price increased by 111 VND/kg, to 16,125 VND/kg.

The average price of finished petroleum products in the world between the price adjustment period on November 21 and November 28 was: 80.360 USD/barrel of RON92 gasoline used to blend E5 RON92 gasoline (up 2.782 USD/barrel); 85.362 USD/barrel of RON95 gasoline (up 1.716 USD/barrel); 89.878 USD/barrel of kerosene (up 1.266 USD/barrel); 89.732 USD/barrel of diesel oil (up 1.530 USD/barrel); 453.944 USD/ton of fuel oil (up 3.896 USD/ton).
In the most recent adjustment period on November 21, the price of E5 gasoline decreased by 109 VND/liter, not higher than 19,343 VND/liter. The price of RON95 gasoline decreased by 79 VND/liter, not higher than 20,528 VND/liter.
Diesel price decreased by 64 VND/liter, down to 18,509 VND/liter. Kerosene price decreased by 67 VND/liter, down to 18,921 VND/liter. Fuel oil price increased by 5 VND/kg, not higher than 16,014 VND/kg.
