Specifically, the price of E5 RON92 gasoline decreased by VND284/liter, not higher than VND19,408/liter; RON95 gasoline decreased by VND391/liter, not higher than VND20,503/liter.
In contrast to gasoline prices, oil prices increased simultaneously. Specifically, diesel increased by 91 VND/liter, not higher than 18,148 VND/liter; kerosene increased by 263 VND/liter, not higher than 18,833 VND/liter and fuel oil increased by 232 VND/kg, not higher than 16,461 VND/kg.
In this period, the regulatory agency continues not to set aside or use the petroleum price stabilization fund for E5 RON92 gasoline, RON95 gasoline, diesel oil, kerosene, and fuel oil.

According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade , the world oil market in this operating period (from October 24 to October 30) is affected by factors such as: conflicts in the Middle East, US crude oil reserves decrease, OPEC+ may postpone plans to increase oil production, military conflict between Russia and Ukraine continues...
The above factors have caused world oil prices to increase and decrease in recent days depending on the product.
The average price of finished petroleum products in the world between the two price management periods is: 77.906 USD/barrel of RON92 gasoline used to blend E5 RON92 gasoline (down 1.812 USD/barrel); 83.648 USD/barrel of RON95 gasoline (down 2.298 USD/barrel); 88.246 USD/barrel of kerosene (up 1.328 USD/barrel); 86.274 USD/barrel of diesel oil (up 0.340 USD/barrel); 466.712 USD/ton of fuel oil (up 7.322 USD/ton).
During the operating period on October 24, the prices of all types of gasoline decreased. Specifically, the price of E5 RON92 gasoline decreased by 38 VND/liter, not higher than 19,692 VND/liter. The price of RON95 gasoline decreased by 68 VND/liter, not higher than 20,894 VND/liter.
Diesel price also decreased by 264 VND/liter, to 18,057 VND/liter. Kerosene price decreased by 57 VND/liter, not higher than 18,570 VND/liter. Fuel oil price increased by 139 VND/kg, not higher than 16,229 VND/kg.
