50% reduction in collection of 3 fees and charges in the construction sector

DNO - The Department of Construction of Da Nang City has just issued Official Dispatch No. 4836/SXD-VP dated July 4, 2024 on reducing the collection of a number of fees and charges in the construction sector to continue to remove difficulties and support production and business activities.

Accordingly, pursuant to Circular No. 43/2024/TT-BTC dated June 28, 2024 of the Minister of Finance on the regulations on collection rates of a number of fees and charges to continue to remove difficulties and support production and business activities, from July 1, 2024 to the end of December 2024, the collection rates of 3 fees and charges in the construction sector will be reduced by 50%.

Specifically, the fee for granting certificates of construction capacity to organizations and construction practice certificates to individuals is 50% of the collection rate as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 4 of Circular No. 38/2022/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance.

Technical design appraisal fee (construction design appraisal fee implemented after basic design), construction estimate appraisal fee is 50% of the fee collection level according to Circular No. 27/2023/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance.

Construction investment project appraisal fee is 50% of the fee collection rate as prescribed in Circular No. 28/2023/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance.

From January 1, 2025 onwards, the collection of the above fees and charges shall be implemented according to the provisions of Circular No. 38/2022/TT-BTC, Circular No. 27/2023/TT-BTC, Circular No. 28/2023/TT-BTC, Circular No. 63/2023/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance and amended, supplemented or replaced circulars (if any).
