Hanoi adds nearly 8,000 quotas to grade 10

(PLVN) - 26 private high schools in Hanoi were assigned by the city's Department of Education and Training nearly 8,000 additional quotas for grade 10.

On June 17, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training issued a Decision on assigning enrollment targets for the second phase of grade 10 to 26 private high schools for the 2025-2026 school year.

Schools assigned many quotas include: May High School (Hoang Mai district) with 675 quotas; Mac Dinh Chi High School (Soc Son district) with 585 quotas; Phan Boi Chau High School (Ha Dong district) with 540 quotas; Nguyen Hue High School (Bac Tu Liem district), Nguyen Truc High School (Quoc Oai district), Vinschool Time City Primary, Secondary & High School were all assigned 450 quotas...

The two schools assigned the lowest quotas are Dewey Secondary and High School (Cau Giay District) and Nguyen Van Huyen High School (Nam Tu Liem District) with 90 quotas/school.

Previously, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training assigned 77 private schools to recruit nearly 28,000 students. Thus, up to this point, the total enrollment target of both rounds of 103 private schools in Hanoi is nearly 36,000 students.
