Tens of thousands of books on sale at the 10th Hanoi Book Fair

The 10th Hanoi Book Fair 2025 with the theme "Thang Long - Hanoi Aspiration to Rise" took place at the walking street of Hoan Kiem Lake, Hoan Kiem Ward, Hanoi from October 2-5.

This is an event for the Hanoi People's Committee to direct the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports to organize, to celebrate the 71st anniversary of the Capital Liberation Day (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2025), 26 years since Hanoi was honored by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) as "City for Peace ".

The book fair aims to promote the nation's historical, cultural and revolutionary traditions, to be proud of the thousand-year-old culture and heroic tradition of Thang Long - Hanoi ; to encourage and develop the reading culture among the people, towards building a learning society, contributing to building elegant and civilized Hanoians. Within the framework of the book fair, there are many attractive activities. On October 2, tens of thousands of books with discounts from 10 - 50%, books with the same price of 50,000 VND, 100,000 VND... were displayed to serve readers.

The organizers said that during the book fair, there will be many meaningful activities, in which the highlight is the display and exhibition with the theme "Thang Long - Hanoi Aspiration to Rise".
