Passenger forgot wallet containing more than 60 million on train SE4

On the afternoon of December 31, train captain Nguyen Hoang Diem (Southern Railway Attendant Group) said that the train crew had just returned property to a passenger who left it on the train when getting off at Dieu Tri station.

Accordingly, on the same morning, when train SE4 (Saigon - Dieu Tri) left Dieu Tri station, the attendant of car number 4, Le Thanh Hue, while cleaning the car, discovered a black wallet suspected to have been left behind by a passenger.

Flight attendant Le Thanh Hue discovered the wallet in carriage number 4.

Immediately after that, the flight attendant reported the incident to the train captain, coordinated with the security force to check the wallet to find information to return to the passenger. Inside the bag were many types of money, foreign currencies, total value of more than 60 million VND. In addition, there was also a phone, branded glasses, identification papers,...

Passenger Nguyen Cao Hoang Chuong's wallet was left on the train.

Through the verification process, the train crew determined that the above property belonged to passenger Nguyen Cao Hoang Chuong. Because he had already gotten off the train, this person wanted the train crew to leave the property at Bong Son station (Binh Dinh) so that the train could send the train to Dieu Tri station as soon as possible for the passenger to receive it.

Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan - Director of the Southern Railway flight attendants said: "Passengers leaving valuable property on the train often happens, we always try to proactively find the owner of the property to return it."

Previously, on December 26, the Thong Nhat SE7/8 train crew ( Da Nang - Cho Sy) returned property worth nearly 40 million VND and some personal documents to Mr. Vu Ngoc Le at Cho Sy station when he forgot his bag in bed number 7, car 4 of the train.
