Specifically, on September 30, 2025, trains NA1, NA2, SE9, SE10, SP8, SP3, SP4, SP7... will stop running; on October 1, 2025, train SP8 will stop running.
In addition, heavy rains and floods caused the railway to be submerged in the Thi Long - Van Trai section ( Thanh Hoa province), which did not ensure train safety, so the Railway sector organized the transfer of passengers by road on trains from Thanh Hoa station to Truong Lam station and vice versa. The estimated number of passengers transferred by road on trains is 1,113 passengers.
As of 9:00 a.m. on September 30, 2025, the railway industry had served more than 2,000 free snacks (breakfasts) and 850 main meals to passengers on affected trains.
