Sharing his views on the teaching profession, Mr. To said that Mathematics is a difficult subject. In the teaching process, in addition to imparting knowledge, teachers need to inspire students by linking theory with real life, creating interaction for students, taking students as the center, students being proactive and creative, teachers are only guides and orienters.

Mr. Ha Quang Vinh, Principal of Duc Hop High School, said: The school currently has 55 staff, teachers, and employees, of which 22 teachers are recognized as excellent teachers at the provincial level and equivalent, 1 is an excellent teacher at the national level, 1 teacher is one of the 50 best teachers globally. In the 2025 high school graduation exam, Duc Hop High School impressed with 15 scores of 10, double the previous year.

In order for patriotic emulation movements and campaigns to be widely and effectively deployed, the Department of Education and Training of Hung Yen has actively coordinated with professionals to promote propaganda and raise awareness among cadres, teachers, workers and students about the meaning and importance of emulation work.

Every year, the organization launches emulation movements throughout the industry with practical contents and specific goals. At the same time, it links the industry's emulation movements with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle and other patriotic emulation movements and campaigns to contribute to effectively implementing local political goals and tasks.

Accordingly, in the 2024-2025 school year, Hung Yen's education sector achieved many outstanding achievements in key education with 110 students winning prizes in the national excellent student competition (2 first prizes, 22 second prizes, 35 third prizes, 51 consolation prizes); 4 projects won prizes at the National Science and Technology Competition for High School Students; 1 third prize at the 7th Student Startup Ideas Competition; 1 Gold Medal at the 18th International Science and Technology Competition INTARG 2025 in Poland; 1 Gold Prize at the 2025 International Science and Technology Competition and International Conference on Creative Works in Korea.

In the 2025 High School Graduation Exam, Hung Yen ranked 11th out of 34 provinces and cities in terms of average score of all subjects. Many subjects ranked in the top 10 nationwide. 99.62% of students passed the High School Graduation Exam with 697 points of 10, especially 2 students were the valedictorians of the A00 group nationwide with an absolute score of 30/30... contributing to putting Hung Yen in the top of the country in key education.
