Accordingly, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee allocated VND 10,170 million from the Provincial Fund for the Poor to support the additional difference in funding for 671 households in 24 communes that are beneficiaries of housing support policies under the national target program for socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas that have started building houses from November 10, 2024 to present.
Of which, Cao Son commune has 80 households supported with 1,280 million VND; Mai Chau commune has 33 households supported with 495 million VND; Pa Co commune has 37 households supported with 555 million VND; Tan Mai commune has 22 households supported with 330 million VND; Tan Lac commune has 14 households supported with 224 million VND; Muong Bi commune has 36 households supported with 576 million VND; Toan Thang commune has 18 households supported with 288 million VND; Muong Hoa commune has 24 households supported with 384 million VND; Van Son commune has 21 households supported with 336 million VND; Kim Boi commune has 3 households supported with 48 million VND; Muong Dong commune has 22 households supported with 352 million VND; Dung Tien commune has 22 households supported with 352 million VND; Hop Kim commune has 38 households supported with 608 million VND; Nat Son commune has 12 households supported with 192 million VND; Muong Thang commune has 50 households supported with 800 million VND; Lac Son commune has 9 households supported with 144 million VND; Muong Vang commune has 24 households supported with 384 million VND; Dai Dong commune has 3 households supported with 48 million VND; Ngoc Son commune has 24 households supported with 354 million VND; Nhan Nghia commune has 39 households supported with 516 million VND; Quyet Thang commune has 81 households supported with 1,086 households; Thuong Coc commune has 32 households supported with 446 million VND; Yen Phu commune has 19 households supported with 244 million VND; An Nghia commune has 8 households supported with 128 million VND.
Cao Son commune has 80 households receiving housing price difference support of 16 million VND/household.
The Provincial Fatherland Front Committee requests that communes allocated funds are responsible for receiving, managing and using the funds for the right purposes, right subjects, ensuring publicity and transparency. Organize the timely allocation of additional support funds to households according to the approved list. At the same time, guide households to complete housing construction, complete settlement records to send implementation results reports and settlement records to the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee before October 15, 2025.
The provincial Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions shall preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies responsible for inspecting and supervising the detonation process and the use of funds in localities; guiding and resolving problems (if any) to ensure that the support is implemented in accordance with the law.
