The event, organized by the Center for Conservation of Historical and Cultural Relics of Hoa Lu Ancient Capital in collaboration with the Center for Research and Experimental Arts (ERC), promises to bring visitors new and profound discoveries about the heritage land through the lens of art.
"Long Sang Painting" is not only a simple artistic activity but also a journey to explore the culture, history and majestic natural beauty of the ancient capital with a thousand years of history. Inspired by the core values of heritage, the event focuses on exploiting the "color" element in both the natural landscape and the spiritual and cultural life of the land and people of the ancient capital. "Long Sang" evokes the image of a sacred dragon sitting on a throne, symbolizing majesty, sacredness and profound traditional cultural values.
Comrade Giang Bach Dang - Director of the Center for Conservation of Historical and Cultural Relics of Hoa Lu Ancient Capital shared: "We are very pleased to cooperate with ERC to bring a new approach to visitors when exploring the heritage. Through art, we hope to evoke deep emotions, helping visitors not only admire the external beauty but also feel the soul and spirit of the heritage."
The unique highlight of the "Long Sang Painting" activity series includes many diverse experiential activities, designed to suit all ages and interests:
- Exhibition "Coloring Heritage": At the "Hoa Lu in My Heart" Experience House area, an impressive exhibition space is designed with contemporary artworks inspired by traditional motifs and patterns of the ancient capital Hoa Lu. The special feature is that visitors will have the opportunity to directly participate in the artistic creation process by coloring large-scale sketches, creating unique collective works with personal imprints. This activity is not only entertaining but also helps visitors learn more about architectural details and patterns with deep historical value - the unique value of the heritage of the ancient capital Hoa Lu.
- Workshop "Natural Colors": Under the guidance of artists and experts, visitors will discover the magical color palette of the heritage area's nature. From the emerald green of the Sao Khe River, the mossy gray of the majestic limestone mountains to the brilliant yellow of ripe rice (depending on the season); the workshop will help visitors recognize and feel the diverse beauty of the landscape. In particular, the activity of painting landscapes with natural materials such as colors from leaves and clay promises to bring interesting and environmentally friendly experiences.
