According to the plan, at 8:00 a.m. on August 26, Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company will organize the auction of Land Use Rights for 20 plots of land (lots LK01 and LK02) belonging to the Technical Infrastructure Project for Land Use Rights Auction in Tien Yen Commune - Long Khuc Plain, Hoai Duc District, Hanoi City.
The auction venue is at the Hall - Hoai Duc District Culture, Information and Sports Center. The unit with the auctioned assets is Hoai Duc District Land Fund Development Center. The starting price is generally 7.3 million VND/m2.

The deposit for each plot of land auction (details according to the auction notice) is equal to 20% of the value of the auctioned plot of land according to the approved starting price. However, Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company has just announced the suspension of this auction and the auction on September 9 for 32 plots of land LK05, LK06.
According to the auction organizer, customers who have registered to participate in the auction and have purchased documents and paid in advance will have their documents reserved or their money refunded according to regulations. The time to continue organizing the auction will be announced later by the People's Committee of Hoai Duc district.
It is known that the auction area of Long Khuc village, Tien Yen commune has 71 lots, Hoai Duc district divided into 3 auctions with the purpose of making adjustments while doing if there are any inappropriate points, the first auction was 19 lots.
Previously, the auction on August 19 lasted more than 18 hours, with 10 bidding sessions, with the highest winning price at 133.3 million VND/m2. This price was 18 times higher than the starting price.
