The producer also said that instead of calling to invite him like last time, this year he went to comedian Hoai Linh's house. Having worked together for more than ten years, Hoai Linh accepted to perform for Xuan Phat Tai , but not too enthusiastically. "We all know that Linh's story has been noisy recently. This year, Xuan Phat Tai still has the same strong lineup of comedians as previous shows. They are: Xuan Hinh, Hoai Linh, Hong Van, Thanh Thanh Hien, Xuan Bac, Tu Long, Quang Thang, Lam Vy Da, Hoang Son, Trung Ruoi, Mac Van Khoa...

However, the program structure has changed. In previous years, Xuan Phat Tai usually had 2 skits and music and dance performances. This year, the number of skits increased to 3 including: skit by artist group Xuan Linh, skit by artist Hoai Linh and artist group Xuan Bac - Tu Long.

Artist Hoai Linh's group includes Hoai Linh, Hoang Son, Lam Vy Da, and Mac Van Khoa. Their skit, written by Minh Du, is considered to be full of nostalgia. Hoai Linh's character in the skit also has a certain nostalgia for his homeland and old customs, like in Da Co Hoai Lang - the stage play that helped him become a Meritorious Artist.

This year's Spring Prosperity Festival will feature the participation of singer Bang Kieu for the first time. Other singers who will also appear are Le Quyen, Quang Le, Manh Quynh, Quang Ha, Giang Hong Ngoc and the Da LAB group. The MCs chosen this year are MC Thanh Bach and Jennifer Pham.
