Ha Tinh students return to school from August 22

GD&TĐ - Grades 1, 9, and 12 in Ha Tinh are expected to return to school from August 22, one week earlier than the rest of the province.

The People's Committee of Ha Tinh province has just issued a framework for the 2025-2026 school year for preschool education , general education and continuing education in the whole province. Accordingly, students will return to school on August 29. In particular, students in the first grades including grades 1, 9 and 12 will return to school earlier, on August 22.

Semester I ends before January 18, 2026; the entire school year program must be completed before May 31, 2026. The recognition of completion of primary school program and the graduation of secondary school will be completed before June 30, 2026. Admission to the first grade is required to be completed before July 31, 2026.

The 2026 high school graduation exam is scheduled to take place on June 11 and 12, 2026. Other national exams will be conducted according to the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training , while provincial exams will be planned and organized by the Department of Education and Training according to regulations.

Regarding holidays, educational institutions shall comply with current regulations. For the Lunar New Year of Binh Ngo, students shall be off from February 13, 2026 (ie December 26, At Ty year) to February 23, 2026 (ie January 7, Binh Ngo year). Officials, civil servants and public employees shall comply with separate instructions from the Ministry of Education and Training and the Provincial People's Committee.

In case of natural disasters, epidemics or other unusual situations that cause teaching to be interrupted, educational institutions are allowed to proactively let students take time off after reporting to competent authorities, and must arrange serious make-up classes to ensure the school year plan.
