This is a project to celebrate the 1st Congress of Vinh Phong Commune Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030. The member who received the house this time is comrade To Minh Tam, a Veteran member in Vinh Phuoc 1 Hamlet, Vinh Phong Commune.
Knowing the difficult housing situation of comrade Tam's family, the Veterans Association of Vinh Phong commune supported 60 million VND for him to build a new house. The house has a total area of 55 square meters, completed after more than 30 days of construction.
