Nearly 200 delegates from 17 provinces and cities (Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committees of provincial and municipal Party Committees; press agencies, literary and artistic associations, publishing houses, institutes, universities...) were informed by reporters of the Central Theoretical Council, the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Education , the Theoretical and Criticism Council of the Vietnam Writers' Association, the Theoretical and Criticism Council of the Vietnam Fine Arts Association on the following contents: Vietnamese literature and art after 40 years of renovation and development orientation in the new era; Innovation in leadership thinking, management of literature and art in the era of integration and technology; Innovation in literary and artistic institutions and development strategies, training, fostering of the team of theorists, literary and artistic critics preparing to enter the new era; The image of Ho Chi Minh in Vietnamese literature from 1975 to present - Some initial impressions; Vietnamese fine arts from the renovation period to present; Traditional Vietnamese Theatre - Opportunities and Challenges.

Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen The Ky, Vice Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council, emphasized: This is an opportunity for delegates to exchange and share experiences, approach new theoretical and practical trends, update the contents of the Party's cultural and artistic guidelines and viewpoints, and the contributions of the literary and artistic team to the cause of national construction and defense, contributing to improving the level and practical ability to continue to produce high-quality works of literary and artistic theory and criticism. The training conference also multi-dimensionally assessed the achievements and limitations of literary and artistic theory and criticism, thereby proposing strategic orientations and solutions to continue to build and develop Vietnamese literary and artistic theory and criticism according to the motto "Nation, Science, Democracy, Humanity", meeting the requirements of sustainable national development in the new period.

Previously, in early September, the Northern Region Training Conference took place in Hanoi.

Attending the training course were 12 cadres, civil servants, and public employees from agencies, units, colleges, and universities in Can Tho City. Ms. Tran Hong Tham, Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Can Tho City Party Committee, was in charge of the Can Tho City Party Committee's training group.
