The first conference of the Party Executive Committee of the provincial Party agencies

On the morning of February 20, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held the first Party Executive Committee meeting to review and decide on contents within its authority.

Comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's agencies chaired the conference. Attending the conference were members of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee.

At the conference, delegates contributed their opinions to the draft working regulations of the Party Executive Committee of the Party agencies of Thai Binh province, term I, 2020 - 2025. Accordingly, the regulations include 5 chapters and 20 articles, specifically stipulating the tasks and powers of the Party Executive Committee, the Party Committee Standing Committee; individual members of the Party Executive Committee, members of the Party Committee Standing Committee, Party Committee Secretaries, Standing Deputy Secretaries of the Party Committees, and full-time Deputy Secretaries of the Party Committees. In particular, according to the draft regulations, the Party Executive Committee of the Party agencies of the province has the responsibility to lead the implementation of political tasks; lead political, ideological and ethical work; lead the work of organizing cadres; build party organizations and party members of the Party Committee and a number of other tasks.

Comrade Pham Van Tuan, Standing Committee member, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, spoke at the conference.

Comrade Ngo Thi Kim Hoan, Standing Committee Member, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee spoke at the conference.

Delegates participated in discussions and contributed opinions at the conference.

In addition, delegates listened to the draft Decision on establishing advisory agencies to assist the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies; the draft Decision on assigning tasks to members of the Party Executive Committee of the provincial Party agencies for the 2020-2025 term; the draft work program of the Party Executive Committee of the provincial Party agencies in 2025; the draft work program of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies in 2025; the draft plan for the congresses of the Party Committees and grassroots Party cells under the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies for the 2025-2030 term.

At the conference, delegates discussed and contributed opinions on the draft Working Regulations of the Party Executive Committee, the preparation and organization of Party congresses, grassroots Party cells under the Party Committee and a number of tasks that Party committees and affiliated Party cells need to focus on implementing.

Concluding the conference, comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized: The Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee is an important Party Committee, playing a key role in the advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee, so the Standing Committee and the Party Committee Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee need to be serious, proactive, focused on researching, building work programs, promoting the leadership role to complete the political tasks of the Party Committee. The comrades of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the Party Committee Executive Committee members uphold the sense of responsibility in leading, directing, and implementing the political tasks of their agencies and units, especially the work of organizing Party cell congresses and grassroots Party congresses. The Standing Committee and the Party Executive Committee should soon focus on leading, directing, and implementing preparations for the organization of the Congress of delegates of the provincial Party agencies for the 2025-2030 term, including carefully preparing the Congress documents, contributing to the successful organization of Party congresses at all levels with the Party Committees and Party organizations of the whole province, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.
