The conference was chaired by comrades: Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Lam Dong Province, 15th term; Nguyen Hoai Anh - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Tran Hong Thai - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Ho Van Muoi - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Pham Thi Phuc - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province.
Attending the Conference were Deputy Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committee; representatives of the leaders of the Departments of the Central Party Committees monitoring Lam Dong province; members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee; and members of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee.
Speaking at the opening of the Conference, comrade Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Lam Dong Province, XV term, emphasized: This is the first conference of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee after the merger of the three provinces of Lam Dong, Binh Thuan and Dak Nong. This conference is very important, aiming to get opinions from the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term for the policy of approving the draft Project on merging agencies and organizational units under Lam Dong Province, as a basis for immediate implementation, so that Party and government agencies can operate in depth and smoothly.

The conference approved the Proposal of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on the following contents: (1) Project to establish 5 advisory and support agencies; Project to establish the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province; 2 public service units under the Provincial Party Committee (Provincial Political School and Lam Dong Newspaper); (2) Project to establish the Provincial People's Council; Project to establish the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council; (3) Project to establish other specialized agencies and administrative organizations under the Provincial People's Committee; (4) Project to establish 4 Party Committees under the Provincial Party Committee: Party Committees of Provincial Party agencies, Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, Party Committee of the Provincial Military, Party Committee of the Provincial Public Security .

The conference divided into 3 groups to discuss and give opinions on the necessity and basis for developing the project, the current state of the organizational structure, the merger plan as well as the organization of the project implementation. In particular, focusing on the core content of the project, which is the merger plan and proposing contents on the organizational structure, staffing; plan to arrange the team of cadres, civil servants, workers, headquarters, facilities, working conditions, etc.
After discussion and comments, 100% of the delegates who were members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Term I, attending the conference voted unanimously to approve 16 projects presented and commented at the conference, including: Project to establish the Organizing Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee (on the basis of merging the Organizing Committees of Lam Dong, Binh Thuan, Dak Nong Provincial Party Committees); Project to establish the Inspection Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee (on the basis of merging the Inspection Committees of Lam Dong, Binh Thuan, Dak Nong Provincial Party Committees); Project to establish the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee (on the basis of merging the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of Lam Dong, Binh Thuan, Dak Nong Provincial Party Committees); Project to establish the Internal Affairs Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee (on the basis of merging the Internal Affairs Committee of Lam Dong, Binh Thuan, Dak Nong Provincial Party Committees); Project to establish the Office of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee (on the basis of merging the Office of Lam Dong, Binh Thuan, Dak Nong Provincial Party Committees); Project to establish Lam Dong Provincial Political School (on the basis of merging Lam Dong, Binh Thuan, Dak Nong Provincial Political Schools); Project to establish Lam Dong Newspaper and Radio - Television (on the basis of merging Radio - Television Station, Party Newspaper of Lam Dong, Binh Thuan, Dak Nong provinces).
Along with that is the Project to establish the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province (on the basis of arranging, consolidating, merging the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, socio-political organizations and mass organizations assigned by the Party and the State to the 3 provinces: Lam Dong, Binh Thuan, Dak Nong); Project to establish the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and People's Council of Lam Dong province (on the basis of merging, consolidating the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and People's Council of 3 provinces: Lam Dong, Binh Thuan, Dak Nong); Project to establish the People's Council of Lam Dong province (on the basis of merging the People's Councils of 3 provinces: Lam Dong, Binh Thuan, Dak Nong).
Project to rearrange specialized agencies and administrative organizations under the People's Committee of Lam Dong province (new); Project to establish Lam Dong Provincial Inspectorate (on the basis of merging and consolidating the Inspectorates of 3 provinces: Lam Dong, Binh Thuan, Dak Nong).
Project to establish Party Committees of Lam Dong Provincial Party agencies (on the basis of merging Party Committees of Lam Dong, Binh Thuan, Dak Nong Provincial Party agencies); Project to establish Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Party Committee (on the basis of merging Party Committees of Lam Dong, Binh Thuan, Dak Nong Provincial People's Committees); Project to establish Lam Dong Provincial Police Party Committee (on the basis of merging Lam Dong, Binh Thuan, Dak Nong Provincial Police Party Committees; organizing activities according to the Politburo's regulations on party organization in the People's Public Security); Project to establish Lam Dong Provincial Military Party Committee (on the basis of merging Lam Dong, Binh Thuan, Dak Nong Provincial Military Party Committees and Dak Nong and Binh Thuan Provincial Border Guard Party Committees; organizing activities according to the Politburo's regulations on party organization in the Vietnam People's Army).
In his closing speech at the conference, comrade Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam - Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee affirmed: The local government apparatus of the whole country has officially entered a new phase. With a new, larger area and larger development space, the Provincial Party Secretary requested the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity, becoming a unified whole to concentrate strength and intelligence to lead and direct the successful implementation of the province's political tasks.
The Provincial Party Secretary highly appreciated the comments at the conference; at the same time, he emphasized: The early issuance of the projects is extremely necessary, as a legal basis for the provincial professional agencies to quickly get into operation, without stagnation or interruption of work, without affecting the activities of the Party Committee, the government, and the activities of organizations and individuals inside and outside the province.
If any difficulties or problems arise during the operation, they will be supplemented and adjusted. The Provincial Party Secretary requested the advisory agencies to promptly absorb the opinions at the conference, complete the projects for construction, and promptly issue and announce them.
In the coming time, with many work requirements, difficulties and new things, the Provincial Party Secretary requested the members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee to promote responsibility, focus on work, stay close to the grassroots, both motivate their cadres, civil servants and public employees, and supervise, lead and direct the spirit, attitude of service and responsibility towards the people and regularly grasp and inform about difficulties and problems to support, guide and resolve them for the grassroots...
