Lam Dong Business Dialogue Conference is scheduled to be held on the morning of August 29.

On August 13, Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Phuc, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired a meeting to listen to units report on the preparation of content for the organization of the Business Dialogue Conference in 2025.

In his opening speech, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Ngoc Phuc said that after the merger, Lam Dong province has about 29 thousand active enterprises. This is also the first dialogue meeting with enterprises in the province, so the content needs to be carefully prepared.

In particular, focusing on contents such as: Difficulties in implementing investment projects; the need to remove difficulties of enterprises, answer questions about tax policies; connecting enterprises with associations and credit institutions; creating trust to build a transparent and stable business environment...

Deputy Director of Lam Dong Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center Nguyen Vinh Quang presented the Plan to organize a dialogue conference with businesses.

The conference was held to specify the tasks according to the Resolutions: Resolution No. 02/NQ-CP, dated January 8, 2025 of the Government on key tasks and solutions to improve the business environment and enhance national competitiveness by 2025; Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW, dated May 4, 2025 of the Politburo on private economic development.

The conference aims to create a space for direct exchange and sharing between Lam Dong province leaders and investors and businesses operating in the area.

The representative of the Department of Finance proposed 3 connecting points and leaders of commune-level administrative units attended.

Representatives of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism proposed the content of the dialogue organization.

The conference will listen to and resolve problems and difficulties for businesses. At the same time, propaganda and dissemination will help businesses better understand policies and guidelines related to investment, production and business activities.

The conference will also receive advice and suggestions from businesses and associations on supporting businesses after the merger. Along with that, it will promptly inform about the socio-economic situation, business operations and development of the province in recent times.

The representative of the Department of Agriculture and Environment proposed that leaders of relevant departments and branches attend directly at the bridge points.

Representatives of the Department of Industry and Trade proposed the content of the dialogue.

The representative of the Provincial People's Committee Office proposed the content of the dialogue.

Leaders of departments and branches attending the Conference gave comments on the contents related to the Plan to organize the Dialogue Conference with businesses in 2025.

Mr. Dam Minh Tuan, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial Business Association, proposed a solution to synthesize business opinions.

Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Ngoc Phuc requested to immediately set up a Secretariat to record the recommendations of enterprises. At the same time, classify groups of issues on land, investment, construction, planning, tax, capital, forest, labor, etc. and transfer them to the relevant departments and branches to prepare content in time for the Conference.

The time to hold the Dialogue Conference with businesses is expected to be on the morning of August 29, 2025, directly at the People's Committee of Lam Dong province and 2 bridge points in Dak Nong province (old) and Binh Thuan province (old). At the same time, it will be organized live on the platform of Lam Dong Newspaper and Radio and Television.

Thereby, to widely spread the policy of promptly removing difficulties for businesses and investors implementing projects in the province, as well as promote the province's investment attraction policy to the business community.

In particular, the Business Dialogue Conference Program will apply digital transformation, limit the use of paper, and documents will be compiled and exploited via QR codes.
