Comrade Tran Minh Nam, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department chaired the conference. Attending the conference at the Provincial Party Committee bridge were comrades in the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; comrades of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Party Committees, members of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee; heads of departments, branches, Fatherland Fronts, and mass organizations; central agencies located in the province and comrades of provincial-level reporters.

At the conference, comrade Lam Dong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, informed the delegates of the content of the Conclusion Notice No. 49-TB/TW dated December 26, 2024 of the Politburo on the regime and policies for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the implementation of the apparatus arrangement of the political system.

Next, Comrade Dao Trong Dinh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, disseminated Regulation No. 183-QD/TW dated September 18, 2024 of the Politburo on protecting agencies, organizations, and people performing public duties in investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments and Plan No. 351-KH/TU dated November 15, 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on implementing Regulation No. 183-QD/TW.

Comrade Tran Hai, Director of the Department of Home Affairs, thoroughly grasped Decree No. 177/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 of the Government stipulating the regime and policies for cases of non-re-election, re-appointment and officials who resign or retire at will; Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 of the Government on policies and regimes for officials, civil servants, public employees, workers and armed forces in implementing the reorganization of the political system and Decree No. 179/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 of the Government stipulating policies to attract and promote talented people to work in agencies, organizations and units of the Communist Party of Vietnam , the State, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations.

* In the afternoon of the same day, the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises organized an online conference to study and disseminate directives, conclusions, regulations, and announcements of conclusions of the Politburo, the Secretariat, and decrees of the Government.
