Conference on deploying and disseminating the Law on promulgation of legal documents and detailed regulations and measures to organize and guide the implementation of the Law

On the morning of September 18, the Department of Justice of Dak Lak province organized a conference to deploy and disseminate the Law on promulgation of legal documents and detailed regulations, measures to organize and guide the implementation of the Law in the form of direct and online connection to 102 communes/wards in the province.

The main content of the conference is to introduce the provisions of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents and documents detailing and guiding the implementation of the law; Regulations on inspection, review, and systematization of legal documents; organization of implementation of legal documents according to the authority and responsibility of central and local agencies; Exchange, discuss, and answer questions in the process of implementing the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents; Implement Decision No. 1574/QD-TTg dated July 21, 2025 of the Prime Minister promulgating the Plan for implementing the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents; Some issues to note in the development and promulgation of local legal documents.

Ms. Le Thi Thanh Thuy - Deputy Director of the Department of Justice delivered the opening speech at the conference.

Speaking at the opening of the conference, Ms. Le Thi Thanh Thuy - Deputy Director of the Department of Justice emphasized: The implementation, dissemination and implementation of newly issued laws and resolutions are extremely important. This is not only an opportunity for cadres, civil servants and public employees to grasp the spirit of the new legal regulations but also a basis for the two-level authorities to promptly deploy and organize implementation synchronously and effectively. Reporters are requested to focus on presenting concisely and clearly so that delegates can easily absorb them. Delegates participating in the conference are requested to proactively study documents according to instructions; focus on listening to fully and deeply absorb the core contents of the new regulations; thereby, creatively apply them to work, contributing to quickly bringing legal regulations into life, effectively serving socio -economic development, ensuring national defense and security, and improving people's lives in the province.
