Seminar on study abroad consulting and career guidance with foreign enterprises

On August 3, the Department of Education and Training coordinated with Minh Anh Education Consulting and Development Company (Ho Chi Minh City) to organize a seminar on study abroad and career guidance with foreign enterprises at Minh Tan University of Science and Technology (KH&KT) (Taiwan, China). Attending were Mr. Nguyen Long Bien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of departments, branches, boards of directors, parents, students in the province.

At the workshop, Minh Anh Education Consulting and Development Company introduced the undergraduate and graduate study abroad program at Minh Tan University of Science and Technology and the company's support for Ninh Thuan students in particular and Vietnamese students in general when studying at this school. Accordingly, Minh Tan University of Science and Technology is currently enrolling students in the following majors: Semiconductor and photoelectric engineering; applied science materials; electronic engineering, mechanics, electromechanics; information technology; construction and environmental resource management. Minh Anh Education Consulting and Development Company and Minh Tan University of Science and Technology also have many preferential policies for students in difficult circumstances such as: granting scholarships; free dormitory accommodation for 6 months (first semester); support for part-time jobs; support for initial loan costs; free Chinese language study for 3-6 months in Vietnam; Internship with Taiwanese enterprises with basic salary according to regulations promises to open up new conditions and opportunities for Ninh Thuan students to access specialized training programs in technical professions, contributing to improving the quality of human resources and having stable jobs after graduation.

Speaking at the workshop, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the coordination between the Department of Education and Training and the recruitment consulting units for the practical vocational study abroad consulting program with foreign enterprises because this is a direction in line with the province's policies and orientations in training and vocational training associated with job creation and labor export, thereby contributing to improving the quality of human resources, in the long term creating favorable conditions for calling for and attracting investment resources from abroad to the province, meeting the needs of development and international integration. In order to promote the study abroad program at Minh Tan University of Science and Technology to be more effective and sustainable, creating the best learning, research and development environment for Ninh Thuan students, he requested the Department of Education and Training to preside over and coordinate with the school and consulting units to organize recruitment consulting programs at Continuing Education - Career Guidance Centers and high schools in the province; Promote information and propaganda and commend successful students who have returned to contribute to their homeland; pay attention to support and create favorable conditions for students and their families to feel secure and confident when deciding to send them to study abroad; at the same time, actively act as a bridge to introduce enthusiastic investors to learn about the investment environment in Ninh Thuan.
