On the morning of September 18, at the Provincial Party Committee Hall, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission held a press conference to inform about the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030. At the press conference, delegates heard a summary report on the results of the congresses at the grassroots level and the Party Committees of communes and wards for the 2025-2030 term; a summary report on the results of the preparations for the 1st Provincial Party Congress, 2025-2030 term. At the same time, they heard an announcement on the organization and operation of the Press Office of the 1st Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Congress, 2025-2030 term and the Regulations on professional activities of press reporters at the Congress.

According to the report, the organization of the congresses of the Party Committees under the Provincial Party Committee was carried out seriously, on schedule, ensuring the provisions of the Party Charter, the Party Election Regulations and the requirements of Directive No. 45-CT/TW of the Politburo and the Provincial Party Committee. During the preparation and conduct of the congresses, the Party Committees under the Provincial Party Committee received close attention and direction from the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Secretary. The congresses were held solemnly, clearly demonstrating the will, spirit, intelligence and high solidarity of the delegates and Party members attending the Congress.

The 1st Congress of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030 is an important political event of special significance to the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in the province. With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", the Congress has the task of summarizing   implementation of the Resolution of the Congress of Party Delegates of Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang provinces, term 2020-2025; determining directions, goals, tasks, solutions for the term 2025-2030 and discussing and contributing opinions to the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress. The Congress takes place in 2.5 days, from September 22-24, 2025, at the Provincial Convention Center.

The preparation work for the 1st Congress of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, has been carried out in accordance with the spirit of Directive No. 45-CT/TW of the Politburo and the Central Committee's directives and guidelines. The Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee have issued 168   documents to lead, direct, guide and implement the tasks of organizing the 1st Provincial Party Congress according to authority. Establish sub-committees and support units to carry out the congress preparation work.
