(CLO) Hung Yen province is preparing to auction hundreds of land lots in An Thi and Khoai Chau districts. The starting prices for each lot are quite diverse, the lowest is 1.6 billion VND, the highest is 6.2 billion VND.
According to the announcement from Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company, this unit is preparing to auction 41 land lots in Dan Tien commune, Khoai Chau district. The expected time of the auction is March 5 at Dan Tien commercial center.
The area of the plots ranges from 73.5 - 133 m2. With starting prices from 25 - 48.75 million VND/m2, the total value of each plot ranges from 1.9 - 6.2 billion VND. The corresponding deposit will range from 380 million - 1 billion VND.

The auction will be conducted in the form of direct secret ballot in one round, with a starting price of 200,000 VND. The deadline for submitting bidding documents is February 28.
Also in Khoai Chau district, Sao Mai Group Joint Stock Auction Company will auction 68 plots of land in the new rural residential area Xuan Dinh, Pham Hong Thai commune. The expected date is March 11 at the Pham Hong Thai commune cultural house.
The area of the plots ranges from 118 - 182 m2. The starting price is from 20 - 26.4 million VND/m2, the total value of each plot is from 2.4 - 4.8 billion VND. With the deposit regulation of 20% of the starting price, the corresponding deposit amount will be from 480 - 961 million VND/plot.
The auction will be conducted in the form of direct secret ballot in one round, with a starting price of 100,000 VND. The deadline for submitting bidding documents is March 6.
In addition, in An Thi district, Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company will organize an auction of the right to use 4 plots of land owned by the People's Committee of Bai Say commune on the morning of March 2.
Accordingly, the 4 auctioned land plots with symbols LK-29, LK-30, LK-31 and LK-32 are located in Hamlet 12, Bai Say Commune, An Thi District. The area of the land plots ranges from over 104 m2 to over 112 m2. The starting price of the land plots is 16 million VND/m2, equivalent to each plot costing from over 1.6 billion to over 1.8 billion VND.
The deadline for submitting auction documents is 5:00 p.m. on February 26 at the one-stop shop of Bai Say Commune People's Committee and at the headquarters of Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company.
The form of land auction is by direct secret ballot in one round at the auction, the method of bidding up. The auction will take place at the Cultural House of Bai Say commune.
