The construction zoning plan of Hoang Dieu Industrial Park has been approved by the People's Committee of Hai Duong province in Decision No. 496/QD-UBND dated March 6, 2024.
The industrial park has a total research scale of nearly 256 hectares, and a planning scale of about 250 hectares. Of which, the factory and enterprise area is nearly 179 hectares; the rest is land for commercial services, security, engineering, etc.

Gia Loc District People's Committee assigned the People's Committees of Hoang Dieu, Gia Khanh, Hong Hung communes and Gia Loc town to publicize the zoning plan of Hoang Dieu industrial park on the electronic information portal of the commune and town; information on mass media, posted at the headquarters of the People's Committee and People's Council of the commune, town, cultural houses of related villages for people to know. Organize conferences to collect people's opinions on the project.
