With the theme "Carnaval Ha Long 2025 - Connecting Heritage, Pioneering Shining", the Carnaval Ha Long 2025 program takes place at 8:00 p.m. on May 1, 2025 in Bai Chay ward, Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province.
Ha Long Carnival 2025 is one of the highlights to kick off the peak summer tourist season of Ha Long city and Quang Ninh province.
This year, the program will have many different highlights, including an art space combined with a street festival with the participation of a large number of professional and amateur actors.
