Training class scene
By participating in the course, students will learn and be equipped with basic knowledge and skills to perform well the role of primary health care in the community according to the training program developed by Yen Bai Vocational College based on Circular No. 42/2015/TT-BLDTBXH dated October 20, 2015 and Circular No. 34/2018/TT-BLDTBXH dated December 26, 2018 of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs on regulations for elementary level training and Circular No. 07/2013/TT-BYT dated March 8, 2013 of the Ministry of Health regulating standards, functions and tasks of village and hamlet health workers. The program will last 3 months with a total duration of 360 study hours, including 84 hours of theory, 90 hours of practice - internship at school and 180 hours of internship at the facility. The course content includes 3 modules: public health - hygiene and environmental sanitation; maternal and child health care; care for common diseases and first aid for common accidents.

This activity aims to supplement the human resources of grassroots health care , contributing to consolidating and improving the efficiency of the grassroots health care network, especially in remote, isolated and ethnic minority areas in Lao Cai province. At the end of the training course, trainees will be granted certificates and assigned to work locally.
