Opening of the 27th Lawyer Training Course in Quang Ninh

On September 13, the Provincial Bar Association coordinated with the Judicial Academy to organize the Opening Ceremony of the 27th Lawyer Training Course in Quang Ninh.

Attending the opening ceremony were Distinguished Teacher, Dr. Nguyen Xuan Thu, Director of the Judicial Academy, the Board of Directors of the Provincial Bar Association, representatives of law practice organizations and all students of the course.

The 27th lawyer training course in Quang Ninh has 56 students, most of whom have graduated from prestigious law schools such as Hanoi Law University, Law University - Hanoi National University, Vinh University, Law University - Hue University, Court Academy... The class is organized according to a completely new credit training program in terms of structure, content, and methods to serve the requirements of international integration and the 4.0 revolution, both inheriting and developing the success of previous training programs, and at the same time integrating the reasonable points of the high-quality lawyer training program.

According to the plan, students will accumulate a total of 36 credits, including 26 compulsory credits, 6 elective credits and a 4-credit internship, with a variety of teaching methods such as situations, case studies, role-playing, etc., directly instructed by the Judicial Academy's experienced teaching staff.

The new training program requires students to be more active and proactive in learning, researching and practicing professional skills. Students are committed to seriously studying, practicing ethics and professional skills, striving to become good lawyers, brave and responsible to society.

Lawyer Vu Huu Quy, Chairman of the Provincial Bar Association, asked the students to uphold their sense of responsibility and learning awareness, contributing to building a strong and sustainable team of lawyers in Quang Ninh .

Speaking at the ceremony, Lawyer Vu Huu Quy, Chairman of the Provincial Bar Association, affirmed that the Quang Ninh Provincial Bar Association always attaches importance to building a team of lawyers who are not only good at their profession, but also have professional ethics and responsibility to the community and society. The training course organized right in the locality not only meets the need to train the next generation of lawyers but also contributes to improving the quality of legal human resources, serving judicial reform and building a rule-of-law state. In the context of the whole country implementing important resolutions of the Central Committee on judicial reform, building a professional administration, strengthening the rule of law and ensuring human rights and civil rights, the role of lawyers is becoming more urgent. The team of lawyers not only participates in protecting justice, protecting the rights and legitimate interests of individuals and organizations, but also acts as a force that accompanies, advises, and criticizes policies, contributing to the effective implementation of these major resolutions in practice, building a democratic, fair, and civilized society. The training course is not only a valuable opportunity for the trainees but also an important turning point in the development process of the Provincial Bar Association . From this course, new factors are formed, contributing to improving the effectiveness of judicial activities in the locality and region.
