Opening of the 1st Congress of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030

The 1st Congress of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030 opened on the morning of October 1, determining the goal of striving to turn Ninh Binh into a centrally-run city by 2030.

On the morning of October 1, at the Provincial Conference Center, the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee opened the 1st Congress of Delegates, term 2025-2030.

Comrade Le Minh Hung, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organizing Committee attended and directed the Congress.

At the Congress, the Politburo 's decisions appointing comrades to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term were announced.

Accordingly, the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Executive Committee consists of 100 comrades; the Standing Committee consists of 25 comrades. Comrade Dang Xuan Phong, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee, participates in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and holds the position of Secretary of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term./.
