Opening of the 2023 Social Policy Bank Sports Festival, Region III

On June 30, at the Ninh Binh Provincial Sports Stadium, the Trade Union of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP) organized the opening ceremony of the 2023 VBSP Sports Festival, Region III, including 10 provinces: Quang Tri, Quang Binh, Ha Tinh, Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, Ha Nam, Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh, Thai Binh and Hai Phong.

Attending the event were comrade Tong Quang Thin, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Board of Directors of the Ninh Binh Provincial Bank for Social Policies; comrade Nguyen Thi Hang, Deputy General Director of the Ninh Binh Provincial Bank for Social Policies; representatives of the Department of Culture, the State Bank of the province, the Ninh Binh City People's Committee, along with 420 athletes and hundreds of supporters.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, on behalf of the Organizing Committee, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hang, Deputy General Director of the Social Policy Bank, welcomed the delegations to attend, exchange and compete at the Sports Festival. At the same time, she hoped that through this activity, it would contribute to motivating the staff and workers to enthusiastically participate in the emulation movement of good workers and creative workers. Actively train to be healthy to complete professional tasks well, build the image of a Social Policy Bank staff who are good at their profession and physically strong.

On behalf of the participating athletes, the representative of Ninh Binh Delegation - the host organization promised to compete with a spirit of high determination, strive to achieve good results in terms of expertise, beautiful style, strictly comply with the regulations of the Organizing Committee and the decisions of the referees. The representative of the Referee Team also promised to conduct the competition with a spirit of impartiality, honesty, and in accordance with the regulations of the Sports Festival.

Next, the delegations competed in 7 sports including: Tennis, Badminton, Volleyball, Table Tennis, Soccer, Tug of War, and Chinese Chess. The sports festival took place over 4 days, from June 29 to July 2.
