Innergy 2025 Leadership Summer Camp Opening

ĐNO - On the morning of July 26, at Quang Nam Academy International Bilingual School (Quang Phu Ward, Da Nang City), the Innergy Summer Camp 2025 (ISC 2025) leadership summer camp program officially opened with the participation of nearly 70 high school students from many localities in the city.

The event was organized by Youth+ Quang Nam - a unit of the non-profit educational organization Youth+ Community, marking the expansion of this organization's area of ​​operation, after nearly two years of implementation in Hoi An.

The summer camp takes place over 4 days, including 2 days of online learning (July 24-25) and 2 days of direct activities (July 26-27), focusing on developing basic leadership skills for students such as critical thinking, communication, teamwork, presentation, situation handling and practical problem solving.

With a well-designed schedule, students not only experience the "simulated land management" model but also participate in debates, present ideas and compete in speech competitions to win scholarships to visit and study in Malaysia for a short term.

Ms. Pham Le Lam Vy - Head of the ISC 2025 Organizing Committee shared: "We hope that students will not see this as a normal playground, but as a place to practice personal strength, develop leadership skills and create a foundation for practical social projects in the future. ISC 2025 Summer Camp does not award flashy prizes, but aims to arouse the spirit of global citizenship and social responsibility in each young person."

The program has the professional support of many educational units, in which the most prominent are online training sessions from prestigious young speakers such as Ms. Phan Quynh Mai - President of PISE, who represented Vietnam at the ASEAN - China - India Young Leaders Summit, or Ms. Hoang Minh Dieu - student of Nanyang Technological University (Singapore), who was a TEDxTPC speaker.

In addition to skill-oriented activities, campers also experience physical exercises, social ethics discussions, reflection activities (Reflection Circle) and practice presenting community project ideas, thereby training the ability to make decisions and cooperate in a multidimensional environment.
