Opening of a bookstore inspired by Lai Thieu fruit garden

Aiming to build beautiful, modern bookstores with open spaces in Ho Chi Minh City after the merger, Ho Chi Minh City Book Distribution Company (Fahasa) is creating new cultural destinations, of which Fahasa Thuan An is a typical example.

On the morning of September 26 at 72 Nguyen Van Tiet, Lai Thieu Ward (HCMC), Fahasa held the opening ceremony of Fahasa Thuan An Bookstore. In addition, the new bookstore also focuses on designing separate spaces for many groups of readers: those who are passionate about research, professionals, and especially children who come to the creative playground on weekends.

Acting General Director of Fahasa Pham Nam Thang said: "Fahasa Thuan An Bookstore with an area of ​​nearly ^800m2 has an investment of 2 billion VND. With a new, modern look, harmoniously combining books and synthetic products to create a space for 'reading and experiencing' - a trend that is being chosen by young readers, we expect the bookstore to be a cultural meeting place that contributes to spreading reading culture to the community, especially teenagers and tourists".

The space inside Fahasa Thuan An bookstore is scientifically arranged, divided into many specialized areas to meet the needs of each group of readers. The central area introduces exclusive bookcases and works that are often read by readers such as: timeless classics, books by writer Nguyen Nhat Anh, training thinking - balancing emotions...
