On June 18, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province introduced to investors 4 land plots with a total area of about 102,400 m2 with diverse land use purposes and 12 houses and land facilities that will be auctioned in 2024.
For public real estate in the period of 2024-2025, Khanh Hoa province will auction 41 houses and land. These are houses and land in Nha Trang city, Cam Lam district, Van Ninh district, Ninh Hoa town that are surplus after review. In 2024 alone, the province will auction 12 houses and land, including 11 houses and land managed by the Development Investment Fund and 1 managed by the Urban Management Department of Ninh Hoa town.
These plots of land are street-front houses, with the purpose of land use when transferred as urban residential land, with an estimated transfer value ranging from 19 million VND to more than 100 million VND/m2. Mr. Le Quoc Thanh, Deputy Director of Khanh Hoa Department of Finance, said that the units are building a starting price in July 2024 to organize a public auction.
"In 2024, of these 12 real estate facilities, 11 are located in Nha Trang city, all of which are urban residential land. Of these, 4 are on Thong Nhat street, from To Vinh Dien street to Phan Boi Chau street, with an area of 96-200 square meters. The estimated price for transfer will have a starting price in July 2024," said Mr. Thanh.
Khanh Hoa province will also auction 4 large land plots, totaling more than 102,000 square meters with diverse uses. In particular, in My Gia urban area, Vinh Thai commune, Nha Trang city, there are 2 mixed-use plots. The land plot at Binh Tan port warehouse, Vinh Nguyen ward, with an area of 35,000 square meters, is planned for urban residential and commercial services. The residential and service land plot belongs to the Nam Cai river embankment project, Ngoc Hiep ward. These are land plots calling for investors to bid and invest in building hospitals, commercial centers, high-rise apartments... the auction will be carried out this year.
Mr. Nguyen Minh Thu, Deputy Director of Khanh Hoa Department of Natural Resources and Environment, said that the Provincial People's Committee has assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to plan the auction of land use rights for 4 land plots in 2024 and 2025. "This is a condition for investors to access all land funds in Khanh Hoa province in a fair, public and transparent manner, thereby aiming at the socio-economic development of the province. After August 1, 2024, when the new Land Law takes effect, the province will urgently determine the price," Mr. Thu informed.
