Khanh Hoa holds a competition to design headquarters for departments, branches, sectors and organizations.

On October 19, Architect Nguyen Hoang - Chairman of Khanh Hoa Province Architects Association said that the unit has just announced a competition for architectural design plans for the common headquarters for departments, branches and sectors under the Provincial People's Committee; common headquarters for the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, socio- political organizations and provincial mass organizations assigned by the Party and State to Khanh Hoa province.

Previously, at the 15th Session on September 13, the 7th term People's Council of Khanh Hoa province passed a Resolution approving the investment policy of the above project. The project's objective is to invest in building a new complex including the headquarters of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee agencies, including 18 specialized agencies, 4 socio-political organizations, associations with specific characteristics and the provincial historical archive center.

Accordingly, the project will be deployed on a land area of ​​more than 9.2 hectares, Vinh Thai commune, Nha Trang city (planned Urban Area - Park - New Administrative Center of Khanh Hoa province), maximum construction density of 40%, number of floors not exceeding the approved general planning, zoning planning. The expected scale of users is about 1,200 people.

Office buildings, a provincial historical archive center, technical infrastructure, garden and landscape support areas will be built here. This is a group A project implemented from 2024 to 2027 with a total investment of more than 1,867 billion VND from the provincial budget.

Of which, component project 1 - the project to build a common headquarters worth more than 1,637 billion VND is invested by the Khanh Hoa Provincial Development Project Management Board. Component project 2 - the project to compensate, support, resettle, and clear the land for the project to build a common headquarters worth about 230 billion VND is invested by the Nha Trang City People's Committee.

According to Architect Nguyen Hoang, the Khanh Hoa Province Architects Association will organize a public competition. Consulting units with sufficient capacity and experience in architectural design are eligible to participate in the competition…

Contest entries and contest information are available from October 18 to November 30. The Organizing Committee is expected to announce the contest results in the first quarter of 2025.

At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee will award the First Prize worth 500 million VND, the Second Prize worth 300 million VND, the Third Prize worth 100 million VND and 2 Consolation Prizes worth 50 million VND/prize.
