Groundbreaking ceremony for building charity houses for disadvantaged families in Vu Quang

Solid houses will help people in difficult circumstances in the mountainous district of Vu Quang ( Ha Tinh ) have more convenience in their daily lives and peace of mind when the rainy and stormy season comes.

On the morning of May 27, the People's Committee of Vu Quang district, the district Red Cross Society coordinated with the Southern Ha Tinh Businessmen's Club and the Provincial Business Association to organize a groundbreaking ceremony to build a house of gratitude for two disadvantaged households in the area.

The delegation started building a house for Ms. Le Thi Thanh's family in Dong Minh village, Huong Minh commune.

Accordingly, the delegation came to start building a house of gratitude for the family of Mrs. Le Thi Thanh (born in 1960, Dong Minh village, Huong Minh commune). Mrs. Thanh is a near-poor household, living in a level 4 house that is now dilapidated; Mrs. Thanh's income mainly depends on farming, life is facing many difficulties.

The newly built house has an area of 50 ^m2 , with a total cost of about 120 million VND. Of which, the Southern Ha Tinh Business Club supported 70 million VND, the remaining amount was contributed by her relatives and construction labor support.

The delegation started building a house of gratitude for Mr. Tran Hue's family in village 1 - Van Giang (Duc Giang commune).

The delegation also came to start building a house of gratitude for the family of Mr. Tran Hue (born in 1950, village 1 - Van Giang, Duc Giang commune), a poor household, often sick, currently living with his wife in a cramped, seriously degraded house.

The new house was built with an area of 60 ^m2 , with a total cost of about 150 million VND. Of which, the Southern Ha Tinh Business Club supported 70 million VND, the remaining amount was contributed by his relatives.

At the groundbreaking ceremony, representatives of the Southern Ha Tinh Business Club hoped that the locality would create the best conditions to build solid housing on schedule, ensuring quality, meeting living requirements and providing safe shelter during natural disasters.
