Rear Admiral Vadim Kulit, Deputy Director of the Center for Reconciliation of Conflicting Parties in Syria, said that the Russian Air Force conducted five airstrikes targeting warehouses and terrorist training camps in Syria's Idlib province.
The attack came after rebel forces deployed from the vicinity of Habulla village in Latakia province used drones to attack Syrian army positions, killing one Syrian soldier and injuring two others.
On October 5, a drone attack on a military academy in the Syrian government-controlled city of Homs killed at least 100 people and injured about 300.
