Lost in Hoang Lien, admire the "kingdom of flowers" of rhododendrons blooming brilliantly, a symbol of a land filled with many mysteries.

Indeed, if we consider the national parks in this country of Vietnam as the great treasures, then Hoang Lien must be the most precious treasure. This is the place to preserve extremely rare endemic plants that are more than 300 years old, which cannot be found anywhere else but Hoang Lien forests at an altitude of 2,000m or more. To put it simply, Hoang Lien has 147 plant species mentioned in the Red Book and out of 100 endemic plant species in our country, 25 species are found here, a unique treasure trove of forest tree genes.

Also in that treasure are 555 species of terrestrial vertebrates, including 96 mammals, 346 birds, 63 reptiles and 50 amphibians... the conservation gene source of half of the frog and toad species in Vietnam. Among them, there are 60 animal species in the Red Book, 33 species in the IUCN Red List... That is why the Global Environment Fund and the World Conservation Union put Hoang Lien in the inviolable list, belonging to the highest group A in terms of biodiversity value, ranking first in the special-use forest system of Vietnam.
