On July 1, information from the Lam Dong Provincial Farmers' Association said that the Central Executive Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Association announced the decision to establish the Lam Dong Provincial Farmers' Association.

Disbursement of loans for silkworm farming

Lam Dong Farmers' Association was established on the basis of merging Farmers' Associations of 3 provinces: Lam Dong, Binh Thuan and Dak Nong. After the merger, the Association has 124 Association bases, 2,867 branches and 348,600 members.

Lam Dong Farmers' Association is currently managing the Farmers' Support Fund with a total amount of 185 billion VND, currently lending capital to 928 farmer projects to develop production and business in groups of households, with a total of 6,275 households borrowing capital.

Lending and support activities for farmers are still being carried out continuously, ensuring quick disbursement and not delaying farmers' production projects across the area.
